- Needed a smog check
- Went here
- My check engine light has been on for a couple weeks (I don't know jack about cars and I rarely drive so I thought no biggie for now)
- I get a smog check done.....every aspect of the test PASSED except I was immediately failed because my check engine light was on (apparently that results in immediate failure I did not know this)
- The shop guy told me he didn't see the light come on until they put the vehicle in reverse to exit the shop (complete bull, that light is on immediately all the time)
- I get charged anyways for the "work" they did and tell me they can examine why my check engine light is on for another $85 dollars.

Human decency would say that if you KNOW a vehicle won't pass the test because the check engine light is on, you should let the customer know this and not run the phony tests anyways (and charge the customer anyways) knowing they won't pass.

Outside of that the employees are rude offensive and belittling...save your time and money and don't bother going here.
