I gave her both transaction numbers from my bank statement, but each time I call she asks for different information that she didn't ask for prior. She keeps telling me that too much time is passing, but she is the one asking for different information each time I call. She told me that she has called me twice and left messages on my home phone, but I have caller ID and there is no record of her calling and no message left on my voice mail. I gave up after two weeks and called my bank and the Better Business Bureau.
