I ordered a part yesterday and called today asking where my receipt and tracking was. I was told to email them (after asking if I had a pen and paper available) tried sending an email and the email address was phony. I called back and the next lady I spoke to said no supervisor was available there was nothing I could do. If I didn't already order the part I'd sell my in dash dvd and never be bothered with this company again!!

Mike diagnosed the problem with no charge, and his findings were very accurate. We had spend close to $2000 fixing what wasn't even the issue, even Mercedes charging us 280 for diagnosis still couldn't fix the issue. I am so happy and grateful to Mike, he was so generous, professional, experienced, and courteous, we've finally found an honest and extremely experienced mechanic. I will recommend Gold Star to all my friends and family. I rate Gold Star a 10!!!!!!!
We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family membe... read more We were referred to Mitch at Schneider's Auto Repair by a family member who has had nothing but good things to say about them. We have taken our cars to Schneider's for the past couple years and have received excellent service from them. The customer service department was extremely courteous to us each and every time. I have referred friends and family to them and will continue to do so!
