Mark's response was that my review was "unjustified" and "exaggerated." The only thing "exaggerated" here Mark, is the exorbitant prices you tried to bill the insurance for "used" parts. I'm certain I am not 'first' customer you've done this to. Fortunately for me, I know the car business well enough not to have been taken advantage of. If you are going to run a business Sir, do it with integrity. And DO NOT ATTEMPT to make is seem as I don't know what I'm talking about. My concerns are VALID and I have documentation to back my concerns. My question to you is: Why the need to apologize for "not meeting your expectations?" As you put it.
