We have the ability to remove an engine and/or transmission, overhaul it completely and reinstall the engine, good as new or better. Mechanically we will restore your classic VW to better than new standards to stock or performance preferences. We are a full service Vintage VW repair service. We stand behind our full service repair work with a 12 month 12,000 mile warranty. All Machine shop work is quality controlled by Ray Vallero's 40+years of experience. Accuracy is our trademark. Including: all phases of engine rebuilding, block boring or honing, balancing, rod resizing, parallel decking, align boring, block re-sleeving, as well as, cylinder head rebuilding, surfacing, valve grinding, installing valve seats & valve guides. Ray Vallero started working on Volkswagens in the 1960s with his beginning at Niello’s VW in Sacramento, CA. He is ASE Certified with Advanced Engine Performance. His history includes not only running his own business in the same location for 33 years, but also a winning history out at the ¼ mile drag races.
