Boy am I glad that I found Classic Craft boat repair. I've never met anyone in any business more honest then Gary. I took my boat to Gary and let him see the damage. He brought out of one of his employees and he then gave me an estimate. I agreed to the deal and left the boat. 5 days later Gary called me and told me to come get it. Upon picking it up Gary came out and returned $200 and when I asked him why he said because he got it done sooner then he thought he would. So after I got the money back I went out and looked at the work done. The bottom of the boat was completely new beautiful work. After getting it home and putting the boat back together I took it out on the water. The boat now goes 2mph faster then it did when I took it to him. And yes not one drop of water in the hull. I have taken it out several times now and its sealed up tight. I want to thank Gary for not only quality work but for being honest enough to return money. No one in any industry does this. Gary also took it upon himself to fix places on my boat that we did talk about. He also fixed my trailer. If I ever have anymore boat issues I will be bringing my boat back to Gary. Quality work at an affordable price and as honest as the day is long. Thanks once again Gary.

Gary replaced the fuel tank and floor in record time and at a great price. Thanks to Gary and Jack our boat will continue to creat memories now into the 3rd generation.

They try to make you feel that they are doing you a big favor selling you a boat. My salesman flat out lied to me when I questioned him about my boat loan. The best lie of all was "if you buy this boat from anyone else we will not service it".. Really?? I tried to give him a way to back out of that statement but he followed that up with "I don't want to even sell you a boat" Well Mr boat salesmen maybe you should find another career. I know plenty of qualified sales people that would love to have your job. In this economy maybe it would be a good idea to be good at your job. They also have not returned my deposit as of yet (i will just call my bank and cancel the transaction and file a fraud case by end of today) They are an authorized dealer for SunTracker Pontoon Boats which is owned by Bass Pro. When I told Bass Pro what San Ramon Boat Center has done they were outraged and I will be helping them in their internal investigation. My advise is to take the drive to Bass Pro and bypass San Ramon Boat Center all together because with their lack of customer service they may not be an authorized dealer very long, and from the other reviews I've read I think i dodged a bullet by not buying anything from them.
