Me and my fiance had no idea what was wrong with it so we decided to start with a tune up. Peter the owner of the shop started the car and right away knew what was wrong. After checking under the hood he could see that I needed a new water pump. I was amazed he had seen that right away. I went ahead and got the tune up, new water pump and a new serpentine belt. Needless to say I'm happy with my decision and happy to have found an honest and hardworking auto repair shop. I highly recommend My Bad Boys Auto Repair. The ratings on yelp do not lie.
I was looking for an honest, straight forward, no-glitz service shop w... read more I was looking for an honest, straight forward, no-glitz service shop who could take care of our 2 Subaru's. I Yelped the Walnut Creek area and found Car Doctor with straight A's. That piqued my interest. After reading the other reviews, I thought I would give Car Doctor a try. I know my cars histories inside out, as I keep a spreadsheet on their services, mileage when anything happens, etc. I even know how many millimeters are left on my brake pads. I was 99% sure I needed rear shocks, and I knew the rear brakes on the wagon were very low. And that's what also Car Doctor said. No up sale, no gimmicks, just the honest truth.

They charged my twice for a job they screwed up the first time. Then after three hours of telling them I wouldn't pay them again to fix their mistake, I was PYSICALLY and verbally ATTACKED by the tech. I don't care how much you disagree with someone, it is not okay to PULL YOUR COSTUMER OUT OF A MOVING VEHICLE!
