Their customer service is very bad and the owner is very rude, he is only nice when you buy from him and pay the money, but wheni had an issue with my pit bike( still under warranty) he told me that it will take a week just to get to it plus whatever it will take to fix it, i called them prior to coming, noone told me it will take so long, they did not even run a test on it, they were not busy that day. I am sure that the owner will respnd to my review and try to blame me just like he did in previus review of another unhappy customer.

The situation was nothing like what is stated here. He was sold a small 2 stroke clutch in perfect condition. He was going to take it home and do his own install. He was back 1 hour later, with a clutch that had been tampered with. It was obvious he took tools to this clutch, and tried to disassemble it. I asked the customer why he tried to disassemble the part, and he said he wanted to put some of the new parts into his old clutch. I explained that this was not intended to be taken apart, and it should be used as a direct replacement. I pointed out that he has stripped several of the bolts on the new part in his attempt. This was not a factory defect. Still, we exchanged the part for another new one, and it was not put back in the parts shelf for new customers, but in the go-back defective box for the manufacturer. The customer called back again the same day and said now he wants to return the 2nd clutch as it is also defective, and has damaged his motor. I asked how a part could do damage to his motor, and what exact part was damaged? He explained that our new clutch damaged his crank shaft. I had him on speaker phone with myself and 3 of our mechanics. They immediately began laughing. Why? If a clutch does not fit, then it simply will not fit. You put it on the end of the crankshaft rod gently, and make sure it is correct. If so, you crank down the center bolt to make it seat. If it is not a good fit, or an incorrect clutch….. And you crank down the center bolt forcing the wrong clutch on the crankshaft…. You will damage the crank. A crankshaft will not simply be damaged by installing a clutch, unless it is the wrong part, or the installer did something in-correct. That is not our fault, and we explained we will not return a 2nd part that he obviously damaged. I asked him to please bring in the vehicle, and our mechanics would see what can be done…. H
