I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST. I worked with Joe primarily, who was very quick, always answered my calls, and was very friendly. He made sure everything was right before I pulled out of the lot. I will definitely go back to West Coast again.
