These guys are great.  I had a problem with my 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee that the local Jeep dealer (Yuma, AZ) could not even diagnose, let alone fix.  While driving, both the check engine and the electronic throttle control warning lights would come on; then, the temperature gauge would suddenly drop to zero; then,the "Check Gauges" warning message would appear.  Some miles or days later, everything would go off, but soon would come back on.  This cycle continued for some weeks.  I took it to the dealer twice, he could not figure out the problem because there weren't any codes stored in the computer.  Bill, head guy at Richards, puzzled over this for a bit and then said, maybe the temperature sending unit is going bad.  We replaced the suspect unit - no more problems.

They don't gouge you like so many of the shops here try to do (jeep dealer included).  They tell you straight and fix what needs fixing.  Can't ask for any more than that. Great shop. 

Only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because they smoke in their office.
