We took our 2014 Maxima to them because the air wasn't blowing cold. They did an AC recharge and oil change. I came back a week later and they re-checked everything to make sure we had no leaks. We had been told by our local BIG O that we didn't have a cabin air filter and needed one (but decided to pass) . When they were doing the final check they mentioned that our cabin air filter needed replaced. I was amazed because we had been told twice by BIG O that we didn't have one. Will was even kind enough to bring it out and show it to me. I'm thankful to find an honest and reliable shop ! I've had a hard time finding a dealership or shop that we can trust. Spencer's now has my service ! No scare tactics/pressure to up-sell on unneeded products here <3 Samantha Herbaugh
I took my heater core in to the shop. JAY came up to me and asked if h... read more I took my heater core in to the shop. JAY came up to me and asked if he could help. I told him my problem, it is a project I was working on, it was out of my VW Baja Bug. So he took my core right away pressurized it, said it might be better if he found a new core, come back in about hour. I returned and asked if it would be better to put the new core on instead of fixing it. He handed me the core and said the job is already done. He was able to repair it. Well done Sun West Radiator Repair! It was worth the hour drive for me to have them do the repair.
