I was passing through on vacation And had a problem with my diff loc... read more I was passing through on vacation And had a problem with my diff locker on my jeep. Bill told me to be there first thing the next morning and he would look at it. I was there when he opened, he promptly got my jeep on the rack and had me on my way in an hour or so.
