They were quick to suggest that I bring it in that day. They were very courteous and diagnosed the problem right away. They didn't do any unnecessary repairs or talk over my head. Turned out to probably be that all I need is a new gas cap. They told me to just keep an eye on it and if it happened again, to stop on by-no appointment needed and we could do a "smoke-test" to see if there is a leak.They also calmed my fears of driving far from home, saying that this diagnosis code wiould not leave me stranded - I could drive to California for dinner if I wanted. Great service, great guys, great price. I would recommend this shop to anyone with any type of vehicle. They know their stuff.

I recently had the privilege of meeting owner Jim Garnand who when presented with my problem resolved it most immediately and with the utmost grace and class. Hats off to the Hi-Tech Car Care team.
