Noticed AC started blowing warm after a couple week. Took it back into Scotts, and they fixed it same day at no charge to me. Connor was very helpful. Thanks again Scotts Auto!!
AVOID this shop! Requested a transmission service and to inspect the f... read more AVOID this shop! Requested a transmission service and to inspect the front suspension and diagnose why the check engine light was on. They completed these service/repairs but did NOT disclose doing an alignment nor was doing a tune up authorized. Hector held the vehicle hostage until payment was received. He refused to issue a refund for unauthorized services and promised to discuss with the owner and call us back! The man is dishonest and lies through his teeth with expertise!
