We were just driving through on a road trip and we were in a stressed out space. You guys were so nice and helped us so quickly and were able to get back on the road. Really were a life saver!!

The repair was done as scheduled, and I didn't have to wait before they got started.

Driving cross-country, had heater/defrost fan fail - just as snow storm hit Flagstaff.  Snow frosted windshield and made driving very difficult. Ascot was able to take the diagnosis immediately. They were very clear with their diagnosis process and pricing. However, due to the snow storm that was lingering over the town, getting parts would have likely taken 2 days. Could not afford that many days off the road. Found a way to keep the windows clear and we were fine after the first 30 minutes of driving East.  Thanks to the staff at Ascot, you did what you said you would and were very professional about it.
