I went into Firestone in Benton for an oil change today. I waited 1 hr 49 min. Another gentleman arrived for an oil change 20 minutes before I left, and his car was finished 5 minutes before mine. 1 hr 49 min wait compared to a 15 min wait. I pointed this out to an employee who was not able to offer me any kind of an explanation for the grossly disproportionate wait times (and that he arrived significantly after, but left before me) . A, "We're sorry" would have sufficed, but I didn't even get that. I will not be giving this Firestone location any future business. I will also be instructing others to avoid this Firestone location due to extremely poor time management.
