They had my car stored on there off site lot, and it had been striped for parts. When they notified us all and ask what we would like to do about it, all I asked for is a list off the missing parts. They said they would provide that for us but they never gave it to us and have since put us on a do not service list and has told us they got rid of the car!

My daughter has her car maintained by them as well as my best friend's car. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. Their prices are very fair and competative with area mechanics. What I like best is...they don't BS you with mechanical jargon and don't sell you UN-NEEDED service like other's that diagnosis by trial and error selling you un-needed parts and labor. I whole heartedly and highly recommend Stephen's Service Center!
