When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.
