Fuel pump replacement

Replaced in tank Fuel pump. 
The Tank is held in place by Two Steel Straps. 
However, after arriving at my Home, One Hour after leaving their Shop, I saw where one Strap had come off, and was dangling underneath my Vehicle. 
Thankfully I didn’t stop and fill up the Tank !
No excuses for this “mistake “,. Where’s the QUALITY WORKMANSHIP…? 
I’m done here…!
