I live locally and decided to give this place a try because I believe in supporting local business. I asked them to simply install an oil pan and block heater, a very common task in Fairbanks, Alaska.. It took them 6 hours to install my oil pan heater (a super simple job) and they called me late in the afternoon to inform me that they weren t able to accomplish the block heater. They charged me 70 dollars for the part of the job that I could have done myself. When I got my car home, I discovered that the cord had not even been properly tied off to prevent it from becoming tangled in the belts and the mechanic didn t even have enough pride in his work to wipe his greasy hand prints off the hood. I brought it back to show this to the owner who agreed that it was shoddy. He offered to fix it and I said NO THANKS. On top of the shoddy work, the mechanic was belligerent when I complained about the bill.

I wouldn t trust this shop to change a headlight.
