The lady up front wasn’t sure if they would get to it even though it was brought in first thing ?? My husband called yesterday when he woke up (2:30pm) and was told that they couldn’t fix the tire. I guess the tech tried to use a safety seal which is only temporary anyway instead of taking the tire off the wheel. He was told the tire was TOO BIG to take off the rim, which is funny. My husband is a MECHANIC that used to work there!!! His tire is a stock standard truck tire, size 265/55R17… should have easily been able to take it off the rim with the equipment you have there. Your tech is LAZY!! And now you won’t get our business anymore. We even reached out to our friend, who also used to work there and he was mad for us!! Anyway. We took it somewhere else around 3pm, and they had it fixed before 5pm. We used to recommend you guys to everyone but not anymore. The shop wasn’t even busy!! If you don’t want to do tire services don’t offer them!! I did privately message before this review and I feel like it was a typical generic response to an upset customer. I truly hope they do have a word with their techs and this won’t happen to anyone else. We aren’t mad it took so long, we are more upset that they gave us a BS excuse and wouldn’t fix the tire, or even offer anything else, like what to do. Anyway, save yourself the headache, because they probably won’t take this review seriously and go somewhere else.

After getting the run around at another garage and nothing was fixed, I cannot say enough good things about Metropolitan Garage! They were prompt, fixed the problem (on the first trip), and were very professional. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and such a pleasure to work with. I will never take my vehicle to anyone else! Dawn Montano

When my 95 4Runner began having a rough idle and startup issues I was sent towards Metro to get the truck looked at. I was assured they would diagnose the issues, offer quick service, and do it with a fair price. I didn't think they could do even better than my assurances. My vehicle issues were meticulously diagnosed (I received an extensive vehicle review after pick up) and the service was very prompt as I received a phone call mid-day to talk about choices and offered price points for each. Upon deciding which route to take, my vehicle was ready for pickup early the following morning. The price was beyond reasonable and with how great my vehicle is running now I would have paid double. Thank you Metro for allowing me to own an older vehicle and not worry about reliability. You guys rock. Joshua Mattacchione
