I needed an oil change and to have a weird squeaking noise checked out... read more I needed an oil change and to have a weird squeaking noise checked out. Drew came to my office in Carlsbad and now, my check engine light is off, oil is new and noise is gone. It turns out to have been a timing belt, which needed to be adjusted. He said the current belt looked ok, but would need replacement within a year or so, so I had it replaced. Repeat, he actually told me that I didn't have to do the replacement right then! Very rare to get that from a mechanic. Much appreciated Drew and Wrench. Michael M.
I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended... read more I brought my truck to Back 2 Right for some rocker rust repair. Ended up being the entire driver's side rocker panel and the cab corner needed replaced. Though other vehicles were in the shop, he moved mine to top of the list since I wasn't using insurance. Not only that, but kept me updated regularly throughout the process--which was not lengthy because he was seriously on top of it. When I went to pick it up, it was clean, shiny, and better than I brought it in, and that's not just the repair. Above and beyond does not begin to describe the level of work, craftsmanship, and customer service I received here. I'll be suggesting Back 2 Right to everyone I know. Scott K.
