He knocked off some of the cost when I disagreed with him and there was an additional tire that was about $120. Not prompt, but not overly expensive either.

Finally picked up tractors and a month later called to say done. If you want to pay more then you should, go there. Two tune ups with a couple of tires (at $38 each), and I supplied the starter. The total came to $780. You be the judge.
