They not only assisted with the tow, but they also helped me through the entire insurance negotiation. They were able to negotiate with my insurance adjuster and ultimately helped in proving the car was totaled and making sure I got back the fair market value for the car. Brad, Val, and Allie were my advocates from start to finish and I'd highly recommend their shop to anyone. They've been in business for over 50 years, so it's obvious they take their reputation seriously. They charged $75 for the oil change because the car requires synthetic oil. Found out that a Ford dealer charges $33 for an oil change also using synthetic oil. What a rip-off - and Lube Express suggested that the oil be changed again after 3,000 miles, when the owner's manual calls for it at 7,500 mile intervals. What a disgrace - they expect a customer to spend $75 for an oil change every 3,000 miles. These theives have lost a customer.
