However, the receptionist, who seemed to have a chip on her shoulder and frequently mentioned her job title in an unprofessional manner towards a couple of the customers . I hope this can be addressed to enhance the overall experience. The idea is to attract customers not run people away!

Everything works fine, but very disappointed that my glove compartment was a mess....things left on my seat and on the floor. My console was also left open. My truck next was taken down and the items were scattered everywhere. I called the next day to speak to Lane, but Matias said he was out for a few minutes. When I explained why I was calling, the response was "I'm not saying you're lying, but...." So rude and unprofessional. I was simply calling to express my concern. I will not be returning or recommending this place in the future.

I had my oil changed and then brought my car back up there to have them fix my spare (it was flat when I went to use it) and put it back where it goes when not in use. The oil change was fine had a great price of $39.95 but for them to fix my spare tire it cost $29.95. That was a bit high for a valve stem replacement! He said “All Tire Repairs are $29.95”. I thought that was too high to replace a $2 (if that) part. Not all tire repairs are equal and shouldn’t be treated as such!
