In today's world, it is no easy task to find a repair shop that has a genuine concern for their customers. I almost felt that it was a lost art, until I found Knight's. They understand you depend on your vehicle and how important it is to you, so they work hard on getting you back on the road as quickly as possible. Besides their quality of repairs, what really impresses me is their friendly staff, that will take the time to not only explain what your vehicle needs, but exactly why, and keeping you informed all along the way. I always leave there feeling I am somehow a friend of them , and satisfied the service was performed fair and right! I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the sam... read more I want to post a review about this company before anyone makes the same mistake I did. I ordered a center cap for my rim on my Jeep was told it was out of stock but they could get it in two or three weeks after waiting three weeks called back to see if it arrived I was told then it would take Three months. I found the part and called back to have them cancel the order and refund my money, they told me NO REFUNDS you could have a in store credit so what their telling you by that is to come in and spend even more money with them whether you needed or not because there is nothing in their store that costs 65 dollars this is a way to spend more money with them instead of doing the right thing and refund your money. If you are thinking about getting work done by these guys you better think again any Company that does Business like this you don't want to bring your car too if I were you I'd go somewhere else where they won't cheat you.

Sitting on the fence of keeping or getting rid of my 90s Toyota that I enjoy driving to this day, I decided to get a quote from them based on recommendations about their very competitive pricing, customer service, and my preference to support small business. The car had a massive oil leak, so I knew it would be costly. They took great care in finding all of the potential leaks and changed the timing belt for an excellent price that wasn't as bad as I had thought. The car now is running great , fun to drive again, and holds off car payments for what I hope to be a long time. Thank you Awesome Automotive.
