They charge you to diagnose and don't credit it towards your purchase like almost ALL reputable shops do. Tried to speak to them about it and they basically said. "too bad" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. My car had been at sams auto for over two months and all I know is that they keep re placing parts with no end in site. I have given up on the though on getting this car repaired. They told me it would cost me $130 if it was the refrigerant, it wasn't it's a leak and they charged me $120 to tell me that!!!! Will never ever go back! My father, brother, neighbors recommend them but guess what? There men!!! Believe me I'm going to let everyone I know about them!
