They charge you to diagnose and don't credit it towards your purchase like almost ALL reputable shops do. Tried to speak to them about it and they basically said. "too bad" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. Wish I would have seen the other review before I went.

They quoted me $3,927.00 to replace the catalytic converter. I call Bentley Gold Coast and spoke to the service manager and explained my situation. He said no problem that component is covered by a 8 year / 80,000 mile warranty. He sent a flat bed and picked up my Bentley and installed the catalytic converter - all done at no charge. I had my Bentley back in 2 days. I recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks for the professional and prompt service.

They told me it would cost me $130 if it was the refrigerant, it wasn't it's a leak and they charged me $120 to tell me that!!!! Will never ever go back! My father, brother, neighbors recommend them but guess what? There men!!! Believe me I'm going to let everyone I know about them!
